If you are interested in nutrition and research we would like to invite you to participate in one of our research projects.

The research studies we do are nutrition studies in which we examine the effects of protein meals on the buildup and breakdown of proteins in the body. Importantly, proteins are the building blocks of muscles. Often we also assess body composition and muscle function.

Our goal is to improve the overall physical condition and quality of life of older adults.

To see whether you qualify for one of our research projects, please have a closer look at the information below.

For all our studies compensation is provided according to time and effort. For more information or if you would like to know whether you qualify, please call at 979-422-1789 or email us at research@ctral.org.

Invite to healthy older adults

We are always looking for healthy older adults to participate in our projects. In many of our projects it is crucial to compare the results found in older adults with a chronic disease to those who have no major health concerns. By comparing we get valuable information on the effectiveness of our treatments.

Who are we looking for?
Subjects who have no major health concerns and are 40 years or older
